Awards we track

Isamoti Tourism & Educare is a student placement and visa consultancy based in Dhaka, working with families across Bangladesh who want a degree from a recognised university abroad. We hold direct representation agreements with institutions in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany and Malaysia.

Counselling is free, and it stays free

We are paid by the institutions we place students with. That means our advice has to be worth something to the student, because the relationship ends at the first refusal. We turn down files we do not believe will succeed rather than take an application fee we already know is wasted, and we say so at the first meeting instead of the fourth.

Because we represent institutions in eight countries rather than one, we can compare offers honestly. If a destination is wrong for your grades, your subject or your family's budget, there is another one on the list that is not.

What we actually do

  • Course and destination selection, matched against your transcript rather than a ranking table.
  • University application and follow-up until the offer letter arrives.
  • Scholarship search, with the deadlines that fall before the admission deadline flagged first.
  • Financial documentation: bank statements, sponsor affidavits and solvency certificates, checked line by line.
  • Visa filing and mock credibility interviews.
  • A pre-departure briefing covering accommodation, banking, SIM cards and what to carry in hand luggage.

One counsellor owns your file from the first session to the airport, supported by specialists for documentation, admissions and visa work. You get a written plan with dates attached after the first meeting, so you always know what is due next and who is doing it.

Where to find us

Our office is in Dhaka and we are open six days a week. Students outside the capital are counselled over video and by phone, and we run education fairs, seminars and IELTS workshops in Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna and Rajshahi through the year. Every one of them is free to attend.

Read this as a standalone page, or bring your transcripts to the office.

What we are for

Mission & Vision

What we are trying to build, and the standards we hold ourselves to while we build it.

Our mission

To make studying abroad a decision a Bangladeshi family can make with complete information, and to remove the guesswork, the rumour and the quiet commission-driven steering that has surrounded it for far too long.

Every year students in this country spend money they cannot spare on applications that were never going to succeed, because nobody told them the truth about their grades, their funds or their timing. Our job is to be the people who tell them, early, at no charge, whether or not it earns us a placement.

Our vision

A consultancy that a student recommends to their younger sibling five years later — not because the visa came through, but because the advice was straight the whole way through. We want the published visa success rate, the fee schedule and the list of institutions we represent to be things a competitor finds uncomfortable to match.

What we commit to

  • No fee for counselling. Assessment, application filing, documentation review, interview practice and the pre-departure briefing carry no charge. You pay only third parties, directly.
  • No inflated promises. We will not guarantee a visa, because nobody can. We will tell you what your file's real weaknesses are and what can be done about them.
  • No document we have not read. Nothing leaves this office unchecked, and nothing is submitted in a student's name without them seeing it first.
  • No steering. The shortlist we build is the one that fits your profile, not the one that pays us best.
  • An answer within one working day. On the phone, on WhatsApp or by email, during the application and after you have landed.

How we measure ourselves

By the proportion of completed files that receive a visa, by how many students come to us because a former student sent them, and by how few applications we file that we privately expected to fail. The first number is published. The other two we track internally and review every quarter.

Representation

Universities we represent

We hold direct agreements with these institutions, which is why an application filed through us is tracked rather than queued.

Placements

Students we have sent

Named students, named universities, named intakes. Ask us for an introduction to any of them.

The first stories are being written up

Ask a counsellor to put you in touch with a student already at the university you are considering.

Next step

Sit down with a counsellor, at no charge

Bring your transcripts and your IELTS result, or tell us what you expect to score. You will leave with a written plan and a shortlist you can show your parents.
